Ecdysis

This collection came about via an exploration of my artmaking practice itself whilst coming to terms with a precious loss. Through the unmaking and remaking that comes with the shedding of skin, a process that lends its name to this exhibition, I focused on nature to witness its cycles of death and rebirth, finding a way forward in the passages of biotic colour to uncover new narratives.
